Dan Mattera (USPTA) has been with South Bay Tennis Center from the beginning (over 12 years). He has extensive experience as a player and a coach. He is by far the best player we have teaching at SBTC. He played his college tennis at the University of San Diego. He also played professional team tennis in Germany for a year. He even has a win over Pete Sampras. In addition to teaching tennis full time, Dan is also pursuing an acting career.

Dan is available for private or group instruction. He also conducts several weekly workouts you can find on the Adult Activities page.
Instruction Rate $65.00 per hour, $35.00 per 1/2 hour
