Courtney Hance-Director of Tennis

Courtney Hance (USPTA) has been teaching tennis for over 18 years. Courtney's ability to coach players of all abilities and make it fun time after time has made her one of the most popular coaches in Southern California.

Courtney played her college tennis for UC Irvine where she played number 1 all four years. She still loves to compete but rarely has time to practice now that she has three children.

She started SBTC with her husband Ken 14 years ago out of Rolling Hills Plaza Racquet Club. When RHPRC closed its doors for good, SBTC temporarily relocated to the Miraleste Intermediate School and Peninsula High School tennis courts. She even hosted a Grand Prix and Satellite Junior tournament there. Courtney has been at Las Canchas for over 10 years and has greatly enjoyed her experiences here.
